Here's what we collect and what we do with it. No tricks.

What we collect

Your name, your email, your payment info (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), and the requests you send us.

How we use it

We pass your request to OpenAI to generate a response. A human at KindAI reviews it before it goes back to you. That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with marketers. We use Stripe for billing and Resend for email — both standard, secure services.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account anytime from the Account page. That erases your requests, your responses, and your profile.

Analytics & advertising

We use the Meta Pixel (and Meta's Conversions API) to measure how our ads perform — basically, so we know whether someone who clicked an ad ended up signing up. It sends Meta a small amount of information about your visit (such as the pages you viewed and whether you signed up or subscribed). See Meta's Privacy Policy for details.
